Yang Kembali

3 hal yang rasanya menghambur kembali pada saya hari ini :

1. Hujan

2. Ketenangan

3. Senyum

Dan hal itu dikarenakan hari ini saya melakukan hal yang tidak masuk akal. Dorongan hati jangan diabaikan, hehe. Seaneh apapun pintanya, selama akal bisa memaklumi dan Allah merestui..kenapa tidak? Hasilnya benar-benar melegakan.

Personal Satisfaction

My job as a teacher : in a challenging level (the two new boys never give up giving me a hardtime,haha)

My study : in a challenging level (final semester and presentation ahead)

and I feel……..

GOOD!

Never thought I would enjoy being a teacher. Now I know how hard it is :p

But it’s fun too, especially the part when I could play some childish games with them. It makes me feel so young! The best part is when my students start to tell me about their life. Some of them make me smile, but some of them make me sad.

Student (a girl) : ” Miss, let’s play UNO card!”

Me : Ok.

Student : I have UNO card at home but I have no one to play with. I used to play with my sister when she was in high school, so it’s been a long time.

Me: …… (speechless) :’(

There are some annoying parts too, especially when they’re so CURIOUS about my private life. *sigh*

Student (a boy) : ” Miss, I’ve seen your college. Where’s your class? Give me the direction!”

Me : “Well, my class moves..you know.”

Student : “Just give me the direction!”

Me : “Will you please just write that down?” (pointing to the whiteboard)

Student : “Are you married?”

Me : “Not yet. Oh willl you please just write that down?” (pointing to the whiteboard..again)

Student : “Do you have a boyfriend?”

Me : “No, I don’t.”

Student : “That’s a lie..”

Me : “No, it’s not.”

Student : “Are you Mr.S’s girlfriend?”

Me : “Absolutely not!”

Another student (a girl) : “You’re so absurd! Mr. S is married!”

Student : “Wow..is he? Then how many ex do you have?”

Me : ” What?? That’s none of your business.” (stress level increased)

Student : “What’s his name? Which one is more handsome…me or him?”

Me : “Will you just stop and start the writing?”

(Can’t remember how I could pass that moment or end that absurd conversation. Ckck, kid!!)

One thing I haven’t accomplished in my job : finding my method to teach kendergarden class. I’d tried once, and OH MY GOD it was such a chaos!! I give this opportunity to another teacher.. I really really can’t do it.

And my study..well,well,well. The thing is..I just finished an important paper. There were some papers, but it was the most crucial one. You can see my “struggle” by reading my facebook and twitter page :p

1. May 6th 2011, 12:52 PM : laporan dulu, tugas advance grammar dulu, ngedit tugas2 translation dulu, atau mending tidur dulu aja kali ya? *sigh*
2. May 10th 2011, 8:44 PM : beginilah kalo punya otak yang baru bisa bekerja maksimal hanya kalo lagi kepepet..haha!
3. May 11th 2011, 06:58 PM : tugas nambah lagi : ngetik proposal + ngisi Student
4. Progress Report alias raport murid2.. bisaaaaaa Insha Allah!!!
5. May 11th, 2011, 09 : 25 PM : sangat ironis kita berdua online di YM tapi tidak saling sapa.. Yusticha Swaraswati . sampai kapan ini akan berlangsung? haha. kita liat siapa yg tumbang duluan :p #tugas oh tugaaas!!
6. May 11th, 11:56 PM : Alhamdulillah..laporan PLP : DONE!! *ga sanggup berkata-kata* (padahal baru mau revisi pertama,huhu)
7. May 24th 2011, 8:15 PM : please please please i’m not really in the mood to do it anymore!! not in the mood to stay up late either!! T_____T #tugas oh tugas
8. May 25th 2011, 8:23 PM : ok..here we go again! #revisi laporan
9. May 26th 2011, 10:43 AM : bimbingan sekarang atau besok? telepon aja dulu gitu ya dosennya? *_*

Everytime I could finish something good and important I feel so relieved and there’s a personal satisfaction in it. Everything that God has put me through, I know it will do me good.
